The Organic IGT Red Wine Prunaiolo has a ruby colour with garnet highlights. It bears fragrances of ripe fruit and licorice. The palate expresses the strength of a superb suite of tannins, warm and enveloping with a back palate of roots and leather.
The Organic IGT Red Wine Prunaiolo is particularly recommended with second courses of meat such as Florentine steaks, salmis of hare and braised beef. Serve at 18°.
