La Spinosa’s Organic Chianti D.O.C.G Red Wine is made with indigenous Chianti grapes that underwent a slight drawing off process, followed by about 8 days of maceration at controlled temperature.

La Spinosa’s “Chianti Colli Fiorentini” has a garnet red colour with vermillion highlights, winey, spicy with a taste of ripe fruit. Tannic and dry to the palate.
