La Spinosa’s Organic Chianti D.O.C.G Red Wine is made with indigenous Chianti grapes that underwent a slight drawing off process, followed by about 8 days of maceration at controlled temperature.

Tasting Notes
La Spinosa’s “Chianti” DOCG has a garnet red colour with vermillion highlights, winey, spicy with a taste of ripe fruit. Tannic and dry to the palate.
Pairings
La Spinosa’s “Chianti” DOCG Red Wine is an ideal match for second courses of grilled red meat or long-cooked dishes, such as braised meats and stews. The ideal serving temperature is 18 °-20°.
