The Organic DOCG Red Wine Chianti Reserve is produced with selected Sangiovese grapes that underwent a slight drawing off process, followed by about 10 days of maceration at controlled temperature.

Tasting Notes
Garnet red colour with vermillion tinges, winey, spicy with hints of ripe fruit. Tannic and dry palate.

The Organic DOCG Red Wine Chianti Reserve goes well with typical Tuscan dishes such as braised meats and stews. Serve at 18°-20°.
