CHIANTI D.O.C.G. 2023
11.90 €
Made from indigenous Chianti grapes that undergo a light draining, followed by about 8 days of skin contact at a controlled temperature in steel and cement with the use of indigenous starter culture.
20% of the mass is aged for about 6 months in oak tonneaux and then blended before bottling.
TASTING NOTES
Our Chianti has a garnet red colour with vermillion hints, vinous, spicy with notes of violets and ripe red berries. Medium structured, tannic and dry in the mouth.
FOOD PAIRINGS
Our Chianti goes very well with first courses in general, with grilled red meat main courses and even with long cooked dishes such as braised and stewed meats. Also excellent with medium-aged cheeses. The ideal serving temperature is 18°C.
