I.G.T Toscana Bianco
The white grapes from our vineyards are harvested in small crates and promptly brought to the wine making cellar, where they undergo a soft crushing. The must is immediately refrigerated, and then it ferments for about 15-20 days in steel tanks at controlled temperature (15-16°). The hand batônnage lasts over the following 2-3 months.
