I.G.T Toscana Bianco
The white grapes from our vineyards are harvested in small crates and promptly brought to the wine cellar, where they undergo a soft crushing. The must is refrigerated immediately, and then it ferments for about 15-20 days in steel tanks at controlled temperature (15-16°), with repeated manual punch-downs over the following 2-3 months.

The IGT White Wine Marugale has a golden yellow colour with greenish highlights, notes of blooming acacia and wildflowers. Sapid and light on the palate.
Marugale is a white wine ideal as aperitif or paired with fish and shellfish courses. Serve at about 8°.
